Any dispute between you and Law Office of Matthew Weisner regarding the content or use of the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the provisions of Title 9 of California Code of Civil Procedure sections 1280 with hearings held in the English language and venue for such hearings shall be in Santa Cruz, California, USA, and shall not be joined with any dispute that any other person or entity may have with Law Office of Matthew Weisner. Arbitration rules shall comply with those set out by the American Arbitration Association.
