U-Visa and T-Visa

Victims of qualifying crimes who cooperate with law enforcement and suffer substantial abuse may qualify for a lawful immigration status in the United States known as the “U-Visa”. Victims of labor or sex trafficking may qualify for lawful immigration status in the United States, known as the “T-Visa”. Services include:
